The Legacy Process
Prep-first, step by step. Here's what happens from your first call to the day you park on your new floor.
Free design consultation and slab evaluation
We look at your concrete before recommending anything: moisture, cracks and old coatings all change what the floor needs.
Written quote
You get a written quote with the system, colors and timeline. Your written quote is your price.
Protect the space
We protect your walls, doors and driveway before work starts.
Diamond grind and prep to profile
The slab is ground or prepped to the right profile, with vacuum dust capture. The finish is only as strong as what it bonds to.
Crack and spall repair
Cracks and spalls are repaired before the system goes down. Crack repair is included up to 15 linear feet.
System install
Each system goes down in its own layers. Epoxy Flake, for example, is a moisture-vapor-barrier epoxy base and a full flake broadcast.
Topcoat, seal and texture
The topcoat or sealer locks in the finish, with the texture chosen for how the space is used.
Walkthrough, care guide and warranty registration
We walk the finished floor with you before we leave and tell you exactly when you can walk and park on it.
What prep and a full system do

The honest part: doing it right takes time
- Downtime. Garage systems take 1–2 days to install. With Epoxy Flake you can walk on it after 12 hours and drive on it after 48–72 hours; with GRANIFLEX, 12 hours and 72 hours. Decorative systems take longer.
- Prep can change the job. Some slabs need more repair or old coating removal than they look like from the outside. If we find that, we show you and get your OK before any extra work.
- Weather matters. Epoxy Flake and Concrete Wash & Seal have temperature limits, so winter timing depends on the forecast.
